checkPremium

Check if the user has premium privileges, and report the result using the listener's onCheckPremium().

• It is first verified on the billing client, and that result is reported.

• If the billing client cannot report the result, the preferences result is reported.

Either the billing client or the preferences, the result is ALWAYS reported.
